Introducing e-Farid...
Dating in Azerbaijan - part 3
Other day, I was telling a story about a girl I like here very much to my friend. He asked me if I am serious... I was like "hell, yeah, I wont play around with her. I mean, I like her, she is not the type that you will meet once or twice and thats it. Plus, I have done those couple of years ago"... He said, "no no...I mean "serious", will you marry her?"
I was shocked, the word "serious" have only one meaning in Azerbaijan... It is marriage... How can you know you will marry her or not before you date her?
Now I know what I exactly want...
and I will get there...
Age? Does it really matter?
Age? What is it? Does it really matter?
Does human being become wiser, smarter by age? or it is all about life experience...
Does a 40 years old person is always wiser than 20 years old person?
Leaving Azerbaijan???!!!
Right now, I have enough reasons to leave Azerbaijan, once and forever...
But I won't...
My teammate
Her original JD was -web site sales. Just in a week she got promoted to Business Development of every product we sell... and now she has new JD: my personal dating consultant for azeri girls ...very good so far...
hehe
Pictures of the day
Here it is...My Baku. The rain would not a big deal if you were from London, Berlin or even California... In Azerbajan it is a big deal...
This is how Baku looks like today...I as among those cars as well; tons of Russian cars were broken down in the middle of the streets, people are finding places to hide...It was absolutely a mess... None of the canalisation systems were working...
Damn it... This is like 4th world country...not even the third...

Quote of the day:
My dad: "Son, you have so limited time, you have to make golden egg in every minute of yours"
Well said ...
Bremen goalkeeper Tim Wiese, never one to keep his opinions quiet, said: "If we play like we did in Bochum, we will score five against Bayern." Bayern midfielder Mark van Bommel responded: "I don't care if Bremen score five against us, as long as Wiese concedes six."
Neutrality
I have been neutral those days...
Neither happy, nor sad...
My Galatasaray lost at Champions league but my Bayern won. So, cant be completely happy...
The first week after departure of Adam has been very slow compared to it was like when Adam was here. I have been fighting with servers, and lap tops...that makes me sad.
But I am happy for couple of "firsts"
I have my first teammate, we hired a sales person. Pretty promising, looking forward to work with her and excited for results..
We have our first contract.
We had first transaction from bank account of SK Azerbaijan...both ways...
So, lets see how next week will look like. Now, we have 4 days of holidays when I will be working...
Happy Ramadan, my brothers and sisters!!!
Entrepreneurship - it is a life style
I was always dreaming of this life...Now, I am living it...
Update
Everything is going well. Adam is here. We attended Bakutel, Business forum where memorandum between USA and Azerbaijan was signed. Both of us were on TV. Now, we are about to meet ministers and big time people...
Things are moving on as planned. I am happy. This weekend I will show Baku and Lahic to Adam. Cant wait to read his blog about Azerbaijan.
Silverkey Azerbaijan has been started and it is going to have a great future!
INSHALLAH!!!
